| In early 1996 construction began on an addition to the Omaha Airport Authority Fire Rescue Station. The addition would include a new dining facility, training room, administrative offices, dayroom, bunkrooms, bathroom / locker rooms, and more stall area. After the addition was completed work began on converting the "old" station to storage and fitness facilities. The former kitchen and dayroom area was converted to agent / hose storage and an air pack maintenance room. The old open bay bunkroom was converted into a fitness facility. The restroom was converted into a laundry room. Below are several photos of our facility | |
